2. Site Meeting

During the site meeting, we take a close look at the property and evaluate the scope of the project. This allows us to identify any potential issues and develop a plan that addresses them.

3. Preliminary Budget

With the information gathered from the site meeting, we provide clients with a preliminary budget for their project. This helps them understand the potential costs and make informed decisions about the scope of their project.

4. Project Plans

Once the client has approved the preliminary budget, we begin working on detailed project plans. These plans include architectural drawings, electrical layouts, and other important details that help ensure a successful project

5. Pricing

Based on the project plans, we provide clients with a detailed pricing breakdown of the project. This includes all materials and labor costs, so clients can see exactly what they are paying for.

6. Contract and Permits

With the project plans and pricing approved, we develop a detailed contract that outlines the scope of the project and establishes clear expectations for both parties. We also take care of all necessary permitting, so our clients can focus on their project.

7. Construction

With the contract in place and all necessary permits obtained, we begin the construction phase of the project. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the work is done on schedule and to their satisfaction.

8. Project Handover

Upon completion of the project, we conduct a thorough inspection of the work and address any final details. Once everything is to the client's satisfaction, we handover the project and provide maintenance instructions to ensure the longevity of the work done.
